Alaina is the Director of Operations for Cornerstone Advisory Group. Alaina’s past experience in operations and business management is extensive and provides her the knowledge and skillset to be a great asset to the Cornerstone team. She performs a wide range of duties including financial management, HR functions, technology implementation and maintenance, process creation, office management, along with business organization and strategy to help Cornerstone continue to run smoothly and efficiently.
Alaina received her bachelor’s degree from Idaho State University and went on to earn her MBA there as well. She believes in working hard and continually learning and improving her skills to help those she has the privilege of working with.
A native of Idaho Falls, Alaina loves living here and enjoying the beauty of Idaho. She is very active and loves being outdoors. Her happy place is cycling in the summer early in the morning while watching the sun come up. She loves getting to spend time with her wonderful husband Mike and 4 kids doing other fun outdoor activities such as boating, snowboarding, razor riding, and soaking up the sun.
