Position Overview
The Client Service Associate ensures operational excellence and an exceptional client experience. Acting as the first point of contact, this role provides administrative support, maintains seamless operations, and fosters positive interactions with clients and team members. Success in this position means being detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to creating an outstanding experience for all.
What You'll Do
Client & Advisor Support:
- Serve as the welcoming first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience in person, over the phone, and virtually.
- Assist with client-service tasks, such as opening new accounts, updating beneficiary information, preparing documents for client signatures, and sending personalized correspondence.
- Prepare for client meetings by coordinating materials, setting up spaces, and ensuring all details are managed effectively.
- Handle client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up, communicating updates to advisors and documenting actions in Redtail CRM.
Administrative Excellence:
- Manage office operations, including filing, technology coordination, supplies, and mail.
- Monitor the Redtail CRM dashboard to complete tasks, manage workflows, and maintain accurate client records.
- Support marketing initiatives, special projects, and team events as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve office processes and share recommendations with leadership.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: Office or financial services experience preferred (broker/dealer or RIA background highly valued).
Education: College degree or equivalent work experience.
Licensing: FINRA licensing preferred (Series 7 and Series 66) with higher compensation
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Tech savvy with a willingness to learn new software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Background: Must pass criminal and credit background checks.
